Day 01 : Bali - Labuan Bajo - Komodo
Pick up service at your hotel in Bali
and transfer to the airport leaving for
Labuan Bajo. Upon your arrival, you will
be meeting and greetings then transfer
to the harbor aboard the wooden boat
cross to Komodo island. Lunch will be
provided on board. Overnight on board in
Komodo area or at Ranger's house
Day 02 : Komodo - Padar - Rinca Island
After breakfast on board, start your
trekking, walking through the typical
dry forest to explore the Komodo dragon,
island itself, wild animals and various
species of tropical birds. You are
sometime see the wild horses, wild
buffalo, deer (rusa) and wild pig. Keep
your eyes look above as sometime you
will find the young Komodo dragon are on
the trees. A local ranger will lead you
to enter this nature
preservation. Return to boat and proceed
to Pantai Merah (Pink Beach) for a
peaceful beach, swimming and snorkel in
unspoiled coral and reef amongst
colorful tropical fish. Lunch provided
on board. After lunch we will continue
our trip to Padar Island if time permit.
Late afternoon we arrive in Rinca
island. Dinner and overnight on board or
at the ranger lodge
Day 03 : Komodo - Labuan Bajo
Breakfast on board, start again with a
your trekking as what we did on Komodo
island, walking through the typical dry
forest to explore the Komodo dragon,
island itself, wild animals and various
species of tropical birds. You are
sometime see the wild horses, wild
buffalo, deer (rusa) and wild pig. Keep
your eyes look above as sometime you
will find the young Komodo dragon are on
the trees. A local ranger will lead you
to enter this nature
preservation. Return to boat and proceed
to the beach around Rinca, swimming and
snorkel in unspoiled coral and reef
amongst colorful tropical fish. Lunch
provided on board. Late afternoon we
return to Labuan Bajo. Arrive in Labuan
Bajo, direct transfer to Golo Hotel for
overnight.
Day 04 : Labuan Bajo - Ruteng - Bajawa
Very early in the morning we depart to
Bajawa, driving via Ruteng and enjoy the
morning beauties of Flores island along
the picturesque area. Then proceed to
Bajawa, stop in Manoo to see superb rice
terraces in the valley, take short walks
in Ranamese under a huge tropical
rainforest and see the crater lake.
Lunch box provided. Stop in Mborong for
coffee refreshment, in Kisol to
scrutinized the vanilla plantation, see
"arak" distillation and fresh palm juice
tapping in Airmere. Arrive in Bajawa,
dinner at Camelia Restaurant and night
at Ariesta or Kembang Hotel
Day 05 : Bajawa - Bena - Riung
After breakfast, excursion to Bena
passing through huge and gigantic bamboo
plantation, picture Inerie volcano and
take short walks in the vicinity. Arrive
in Bena, see traditional houses and
megalithic tombs, learn the meaning of
Ngadhu and Bhaga symbolizing male and
female of ancestral spirit. Back to
Bajawa, lunch. Drive to Soa, swim in a
warm water springs and relaxation and
enjoying coffee refreshment at the
resort near by. Proceed to Riung. Dinner
and overnight at Pondok SVD.
Day 06 : Riung
After breakfast, sail to Pulau Tujuh
Belas "nature preservation". Enjoy
snorkel in enormous "aquarium" siesta on
white sandy beach of Pulau Rutong, take
short walks circling the island. Picnic
lunch at Rutong beach. Sail to Pulau
Kalong, see myrids of bat colony
hanging over mangroves trees. Late
afternoon return to Riung mainland.
Dinner and overnight at Pondok SVD.
Day 07 : Riung - Ende
After breakfast, again we
sail to Pulau Tujuh Belas "nature
preservation". Enjoy snorkel in enormous
"aquarium" siesta on white sandy beach
of Pulau Rutong, take short walks
circling the island. Picnic lunch at
Rutong beach. Sail to Pulau Kalong, see
myrids of bat colony hanging over
mangroves trees. Late afternoon return
to Riung mainland - then proceed drive
to Ende. Dinner and overnight in Ende
Day 08 : Ende - Moni
Breakfast at hotel in Ende, having a
city sightseeing on Ende visiting
traditional houses at Wolotopo and
witness the Endenese women be at their
hand weaving works, local market to see
the daily bustling from the local. After
lunch we drive to Moni. Arrive in Moni,
overnight stay at lodge.
Day 09 : Moni - Kelimutu - Maumere
Early morning drive up to the three
colored lake of Kelimutu, one of the
Indonesia's most mysterious and dramatic
sights. The three lakes, set in deep
craters at a height of 1,600m.Down to
Moni for breakfast, then continue to
Maumere with stop at Lio hill tribes of
Jopu and Ranggase, offers fine Ikat
weaving, then the village of Wolowaru.
Lunch is provided. Dinner and
accommodation at Sea World Club or Soa
Wisata Cottage
Day 10 : Maumere - Waingapu (Sumba
Island)
Breakfast at hotel. All morning free at
leisure. Then transfer to the the
airport. Depart for Waingapu in East
part of Sumba island. Upon arrival,
meeting service by our local staff and
transfer to Merlin Hotel for your stay.
In the afternoon, visit Kawangu and
Prailiu the traditional village around
the town. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 11 : Waingapu - Wanokaka -
Waikabubak
After
breakfast, depart from Waingapu to
Waikabubak of the west Sumba, en-route
we stop at Wanokaka (where the Pasola
event actually take place). "Please note
-
Pasola
is NOT performed daily)" and few of
highlight on the way to the east. All
meals provided. Upon arrival in
Waikabubak, direct check in at Hotel
Manandang. Dinner and Overnight at
Hotel.
Day 12 : Waikabubak - Kodi - Waikabubak
After breakfast, drive to Kodi district
with enroute stop at Tambolaka and
Waimangura village. Arrive at Kodi visit
Ratenegaro and Pronobaroro village that
have the highest roofs and biggest tombs
on the island. Return to Waikabubak. All
meals provided. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13 : Waikabubak
After breakfast, visit local market to
see the bustling life of local people,
then
Puu Naga, Tambeler and Tarung the most
bautiful traditional Sumba village with
their unique architecture.
All meals provided.
Day 14 :
Waikabubak - Denpasar
After breakfast, transfer to the airport
for your flight return to Bali. Upon
arrival in Bali, we will transfer you
back at hotel |
