Prices
are based on tariffs current at May 2008, in the
event of fluctuations in exchange rates or increases
affecting the prices we pay for transportation,
hotel accommodation and services generally, we
reserve the right to adjust our prices as may be
necessary at anytime up to and including the day of
departure of your tour, even though the final
payment has been made. If we are forced to change
your booking or part of it for reasons beyond our
control (for instance if an airlines changes its
timetable or if a hotelier over books his hotel
accommodation), we reserve the right to vary your
itinerary and will give you, or cause to be given to
you, prompt notice thereof. In the event that any
one changes or series of changes to your itinerary
demonstrates that your tour has hereby become
materially different from that contemplated prior to
the change or changes being effected and in respect
of which we have already accepted your deposit or
final payment, you have the right to withdraw from
the tour, and monies already paid will be refunded
in full. With your agreement, we will rearrange your
tour by providing alternative arrangements of, at
least, the same standard as the one originally
booked. If, in the likely event we have to cancel
your booking because of insufficient numbers booked
or because of events outside our control, we will,
if we are able to, offer you an alternative tour of
similar standard. If you do not accept the
alternative, we will refund in full any monies
already paid. It is essential that you check with
our agent whether any such changes or variations
have occurred in the tour you have chosen before you
complete your booking. |

P A Y M E N T |

FOR
GROUP BOOKING : A deposit of 50% from the total
package price is required at the time of your
booking. The balance of your tour price completing
full payment must reach Komododragonweb.com no later
than 45 days prior to the commenced of your tour. If
for any reason your balance payment is not received
by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve
the right to treat your booking as cancelled and
apply the appropriate cancellation changes.
FOR
INDIVIDUAL BOOKING : A deposit of 30% from the total
package price is required at the time of your
booking. The balance of your tour price completing
full payment must reach Komododragonweb.com no later
than 30 days prior to the commenced of your tour. If
for any reason your balance payment is not received
by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve
the right to treat your booking as cancelled and
apply the appropriate cancellation changes. |

to receive more accurate advise and information, we

firm contract will exist between your self and
Komododragonweb.com when your agent or our office
issue our official confirmation of your booking
following receipt of the deposit prescribed. The
contract will be governed by and subject to the
terms & conditions and the general information
contained in this site. No variation of the tour
conditions shall be of any effect unless made in
writing and with the authority of

interpretation a single supplement is a person who
are traveling in a group but do not want to share
room accommodation with other group member. If she
or he would like to take a room for him or her
alone, then she will need to pay an extra charge of
room price what we call single supplement charge.
In
our interpretation a single traveler is a person who
are traveling alone in a private means NOT combine
with any other people.
Both
of them must be paid when a single supplement or
single travel have been choosen. |

C E L L A T I O N |
|
Should
you, or a member of your party, be forced to cancel,
you must advise us or our agent in writing, and
cancellation is not effective until we receive this
letter. If you cancel at anytime prior to departure
the cancellation fee will be US$50 per person plus
any other charges made by hotels, tours,
transportation and flights. If cancellation is made
within 30 days of departure, the fee will be 25% of
the cost of the package fare.. |

any change of tour, departure date, hotel, type of

incurred as the carrier. |

For all
domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in
luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces.
However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total
dimension of 20kg each. We recommend you to take the
necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have
checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage
and locked it to store at our office. We will take
it back to you on your arrival from the trip. |

provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their
own conditions. It is important to note, therefore,
that all bookings with Komododragonweb.com are
subject to the terms and conditions and limitations
of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators,
hoteliers and other service providers, including but
not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose
service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude
liability in respect of death, personal injury,
delay and loss or damage to baggage. |

liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss
or damage sustained by you as a result of our
negligence or that of our employees or agents.

nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether
negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach
operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing
service in connection with your holiday pursuant to
a contract between themselves and yourself (which
may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket
, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have
no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept
any liability in contract or in tort (actionable
wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay,
additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly
or indirectly by force majeure or other events which
are beyond our control or which are not preventable
by reasonable diligence on our part, including but
not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods,
unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of
government or of any authorities, accidents to or
failure of machinery or equipment of industrial
action (whether or not involving our employees, and
even though such action may be settled by acceding
to the demands of a labor group). |
